Why a small lodge suits this better than a large one
Sierra Brava takes eighteen guests and no more. For a company that means something specific: from ten Guns upwards you can take the entire building, and from that point on there is no one else in the dining room, at the fire pit or on the ground. It is charged as a flat fee for the lodge rather than per head, so the cost per person falls as the party grows.
What it is used for, in practice, is three things — retreats where the point is that everyone is in one place with no distractions, entertaining clients somewhere they would not book themselves, and incentive trips. Group rates apply.
Two practical notes. Not everybody has to shoot: there is a non-shooting rate and a full day out of Córdoba for anyone who would rather. And there is Starlink throughout the building, so a morning of calls before the afternoon drive is entirely possible, if regrettable.

What organisers ask
Ten. From there up to eighteen it is charged as a flat fee for the building, so the more of you there are, the lower the cost per person.
There is a separate non-shooting rate, and plenty to do — Córdoba city and the Jesuit missions, golf at Ascochinga, riding, or simply the pool and the sauna. Most mixed parties end up with everyone in the field for the asado at lunch, whether they have picked up a gun or not.
There is Starlink across the lodge and a mobile signal, so yes. Whether that is the right use of the week is between you and your colleagues.
